  • Offline-Capable Mobile Platforms:We primarily use KoboToolbox and ODK to design surveys that function perfectly on smartphones and tablets without an internet connection. Data is stored securely on the device and auto-synchronizes with a central cloud database the moment a sliver of connectivity is found (e.g., in a nearby town).
  • Multi-Modal Data Capture:Our tools support photo, audio, and video evidence, and GPS geotagging. This is critical for verifying activities in remote villages, mapping distribution points, and capturing nuanced community feedback that text alone cannot convey.

SMS & IVR for Low-Tech Contexts: In areas where smartphones are scarce, we deploy SMS-based surveys and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to gather beneficiary feedback and conduct simple polls, ensuring no one is left out of the data loop.
